How fast will I have my photos?
Next business day for most shoots. Your gallery link arrives by text or email the moment it’s ready, and the photos are already sized for MLS, print, and social.
Where do you shoot?
I proudly serve the Northshore and Greater New Orleans areas, including Mandeville, Covington, Slidell, Metairie, Kenner, Hammond, and the surrounding communities. Need photos a little farther out? No problem! Any applicable travel fee will be shown upfront before you book.
What is a twilight shoot, and when does it happen?
A twilight shoot captures a property during that beautiful time around sunset when the sky starts to glow and the home's exterior lights create a warm, inviting look. It’s a great way to make a listing stand out! These shoots are scheduled around sunset, so the exact time depends on the time of year and the weather. If you’re looking to give a property that extra wow factor, twilight photos are a great choice!
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No deposit is needed! Just choose your package and an available time, and your booking is reserved. Your invoice will arrive with your photo delivery, and once payment is complete, your downloads are ready. Simple and hassle-free!
How do I pay?
Paying is easy! You can pay securely by card using the payment link in your gallery or invoice, or pay by check. Once your payment is complete, your receipt is sent automatically. One less thing for you to worry about!
What sizes do I get?
Full-resolution files for print, MLS-ready copies in the size the MLS accepts, and web copies for social. One tap downloads the whole set as a zip, or any single photo.
How should I get the house ready?
Lights on, blinds open, counters clear, cars out of the driveway, pet beds/toys tucked away. A little preparation makes a big difference in how your listing photos turn out.
Can I get a website and marketing pieces for the listing?
Great news - yes! Every delivery can publish its own listing page, and your gallery comes with a marketing kit: ready-to-post social cards and a printable flyer built from your photos, previewed before you download.
